Darkwind's adaptation is generated by tools/art/wayfarer.ts: fourteen-joint
rebinding, a relaxed arm pose, fitted shoulders, merged hair draws, bounded
texture mip selection, opaque/masked PBR materials and the existing five
locomotion clips. The source's VRM expressions, spring bones and MToon shaders
are not imported. The original source is preserved here for reproducible builds;
production builds use the generated admitted model, not this VRM file.
Rebuild with node --import tsx tools/cli/wayfarer-model.ts. The converter verifies
the exact source digest and license, then submits its output to the normal GLB
compiler. This is a source-specific offline adaptation, not general VRM support.
The original procedural traveler remains in the repository for legacy studies
and fixtures; it is no longer the default player character.
